Need help from Nursing Instructor....

Good evening,
I am new to Minnesota and working on finishing up my Masters in Nursing through an online program. For my current course I am needing to ask a couple of questions to a nursing instructor at a Minnesota junior or community college. Not being from this area I have sent out a few emails from websites but have yet to hear back from anyone. If there is someone on here that can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Here are the couple of questions that I need answered:
1) Name and Credential's
2) Where you teach
3) What courses you teach
4) Your role in your organization
5) What qualifications you need for your role
