I am considering going to work for Mission Healthcare who has LTC facilities in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Does anyone have experience with them? What I am looking for is staffing ratios, working environment, and administrative support for nurses and CNAs. I am also posting this in the South Dakota discussion. Thank you!
