Cert Med Techs passing meds under your license

HI,
I am wondering if anyone knows how cert med techs passing meds in Minnesota works. I am a RN thinking of taking a job at a 203B group home and the med techs pass the medications there. I am wondering what happens when they make med errors. Does that directly affect my license at all? I have searched lots on the internet and unable to find the information and board of nursing hasn't returned my phone call yet. Any insight would be helpful..
