Best hospitals in the Twin Cities?

Can anyone tell me about the hospitals they've worked at and what you think about them? I'm going to be applying soon as a new graduate and would love some input on where to apply. I'll basically apply everywhere but I'd like to know what I"m getting myself into anyways.
