Finding a job

Hey fellow Minnesota nurses

I have a year an a half of intensive care experience and moved up here when my lease was up so I could be near my fiance. So I moved up this month and am having issues finding a job. When I did a job hunt and looked on this forum I saw there is issues with hiring in the Minneapolis area...

Does anyone know when the market will turn around or any advice??? Anyone else in this situation
