Woo Hoo! New grad starting in surgical/trauma ICU! Help!

I'm so excited to have gotten my dream job in nursing, but I'm soooo nervous!!!!!!. Can't wait to start on the STICU at a level one trauma center. As I prepare for orientation, any seasoned ICU nurses have any tips (reading, supplies, cheat sheets to have in my pocket)? Thanks!
