    Yay! After two years of working on a chronically short staffed high acuity trauma floor I just received an offer from a level two SICU. I am excited and scared to death at the same time!! I plan on getting an acls guide, fast facts,and I'm looking at CCRN books. I would love some book reccomendations from all you experienced nurses out there, and any pearls of wisdom you may be inclined to share!

    I just transferred 2 1/2 months ago from a trauma unit to a SICU. I love it!!!
