Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum, but I would like to pose a question to everyone in the hopes that someone can offer me an answer.
I am currently trying to transcribe a surgical report, but I cannot fully understand the doctor. All suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.
The doctor is dictating: A pseudonaeurym appeared to be at a site of a venous side branch, where it ties in the crust of the vein, or it blew off due to arterial pressure.
can a pseudoaneurym blow off over time? and '"where it ties in the crust of the vein" does not make sense. Is the doctor possibly saying another word that I am not hearing.
Can a pseudoaneurym tie in the crust of the vein? can someone offer some help as to what the doctor might be saying?
Thanks to everyone in advance, God bless you.
