The first in a series of article updates is up at http://www.icufaqs.org - "Vents and ABGs" has been revised to include some material on non-invasive ventilation: mask CPAP, bipap, I-pap, all that pap, along with a quick look at the oxyhemoglobin curve. Wahoo! Article updates should continue at intervals, hopefully culminating in The Book, Edition 2, indexed this time. jeez, pictures and everything. Remember when Kardex's were, well, cards? If the dr. changed, say a maintanence IV we just erased that entry and penciled in the new one. Gosh darn! Times they are a changing. I appreciate all your work, and look forward to new FAQ's
