Critical Care Flowsheet

I am currently redoing my unit's critical care flowsheet and I am looking for good input from other institutions.

You would not happen to have a copy of any critical care flowsheet for my own personal use that you could send to me. I just moved to a new hospital and they don't use flowsheets, it's all in the computer. I would love to have one just for me to keep at the bedside. Any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks

I'll mail you a copy if you want. E-mail me with your snail mail and I'll send one to you

We use computer charting at our hospital. We have a flowsheets section that has listed under it...vital signs, I&O, treatment & cares, assessment, notes, restraints, care plans and added cares (for skin pressure assessments and blood product administration notes). We can build and modify the sections as needed (adding and removing items). Not sure if this is what you were looking for.
