critical care diff

I work in a 24 bed MICU?SICU. We are a level 1 trauma center and are therefore required to have ACLS and TNCC. We get the same pay as a med surg nurse. Do you have a critical care differential of advanced skills pay? If so, how much?

I work in an 18-bed medical-surgical ICU, coronary care unit (no open heart stuff). There is NO differential for being a critical care nurse in my facility.

You receive an extra $1 an hour if you are certified (CCRN, CEN)
