Chest Trauma & ICC's / Chest drains

Hi everyone...
I'm new here posting from Australia so "HI" to you all!
I am in need of some information or links to articles etc. on nursing issues regarding chest trauma and the care of Intercostal catheters/chest drains. I am a new grad in a mixed-case ICU and have been here for 4 months and have to give a presentation to the other staff as part of my assessment. The info I need has to be nursing related such as care of ICC's, dressings, observations, and reasons why someone would have to have a chest drain. I do have some information already but a little more would be of great help...
I am also glad to see there are new grads in Canada & USA going straight into ICU - I have never looked back and I know I have made the right decision when I am excited about going to work each day, and even when I have a bad day, it's still great and I look at all the bad days as good learning days...
Thanks for your help
