    no letter here... called the nursing department and there was a misunderstanding that they were only HOPING that the letters were going out monday and that someone in the office was telling everyone they DID go out... but i called and talked to the dean and the letters hit the mail before 2 today so they are mailed out offically

    I applied to start in jan 2012 and didnt get in because my student number was not on my unofficial transcript from wcccd.. it was rediculous.. i have a 4.0 all my pre and co requisites done, 97 in reading teas, & 85 on the math and health care experience... so now i reapplied for the fall. The cut off for points was 65 and I was well above that and she didnt even take the time to look up my transcript online.. cant believe they only go off unofficial transcripts for your grades..

    nope.. they said i was "unidentifiable" even though it is unofficial.. they wouldn't pull it up on the computer or anything. when i went to pick up my stuff and talk to her about why i didnt get in she already had everything of mine totaled up and shes like well you definitely would have got in if i would have been able to identify whose transcript this is.. even though my birth date and everything was on it. when i printed it off the internet it printed off in 4 pages.. and the first page said unofficial transcript my name and student #. i didnt turn that page in because she specifically told us not to turn in any unnecessary pages or cover letters.. so i figured the unofficial transcripts were just there for references and they probbly pull an official one up online when determining who gets in the program.. but no. so i advise any one who is thinking about applying make sure you have everything and your student number is on everything!!

    put student number on high school diploma and transcripts?? the essays too?

    I didnt put it on my essays or h.s. diploma, i just put it on every page of my transcripts
