U of M Flint and SVSU

I currently live in Washington state and have just been accepted to a program here. For personal reasons I would like to move back to Michigan and attend a program there. I am looking into UofM Flint and SVSU as they are the next two traditional programs to start this winter. I have a good idea of what is currently needed to get into SVSU and I more than meet the criteria. I am partial to UofM Flint however as it is closer to where I would be living. Does anyone have any idea of what a competative GPA has been in the last year or two? Do they give preference to those who have all pre-reqs complete prior to application? Any good interview tips? Feel free to include anything else you would deem helpful. Thanks, Michael
