- Nov 15, '10 by UpNorthTCI'm finishing up my application right now... I don't have to do too much since I applied last year. Have you applied yet?

- Nov 19, '10 by elliesaJust wondering if anyone had heard anything yet or if anyone knows when we'll find out if we got in or not...
- Nov 19, '10 by Weena19Well, the deadline isn't until December 15. I don't think they do rolling admits. So, we probably won't hear back until all the applications are in and reviewed. I'm thinking January or February? I didn't even get anything saying that they even received my application. I hope we hear back soon! Good Luck!
- Dec 1, '10 by thegrapHello everyone.
I applied. Confused about the decision letter that I got from the University. You had to apply to the University first in conjunction with the Second Degree application. Decision letter from the University said that they couldn't admit me to the School of Nursing (restricted degree), but that I was admissible. I'm waiting for an answer as to whether that means my application to the Second Degree has been denied or just the general transfer committee can't grant me Nursing school admission.
Anybody else get that letter? - Dec 1, '10 by UpNorthTCI applied last year so I can tell you this:
No it's not rolling admission. They sent out notification letters last year about mid February.
They also wont send you anything saying they received your application. - Dec 1, '10 by UpNorthTCQuote from thegrapOn the application it says to pick "major preference code of 4023 for the Summer Semester 2011" As long as you did that you should be fine. The letter you got was just from the University (not the nursing program). Because only the College of Nursing can admit people to their program you'll get that letter from the university. You'll get a letter in the mail about you acceptance into the nursing program in February. I hope that makes sense. There is an informational meeting tomorrow at MSU for the accelerated nursing program if you live in the area.Hello everyone.

Anybody else get that letter? - Dec 7, '10 by winthercHey everyone,
I just sent my application in the other day. Decision letters will be sent out the third week of February. So...hurry up and wait! Does anyone know an acceptance rate or roughly how many people usually apply each year? Good luck to everyone!! - Dec 8, '10 by winthercJust some stats for everyone for the accelerated program at MSU... They receive 180-200 applicants each year and they accept 50. It's looking like we have a 25% chance of getting in! Where did everyone do their undergrad at and what did you get your degree in?
