    Congratulations Anoetos, I will look for you on June 23I'll probably be the oldest lady in the class!!!! So happy for you, are you totally on cloud nine??? I sure am my heart is still beating out of my chest!!
    I have a question for you??? Did you go to Baker and HFCC???
    Promiseme... After you sent your application in, did they send you a confermation letter, stating they receive all your documents in the application package??? I hope your letter is just a day late due to US postal mail service. if you don't get it tomorrow I'd call the school. That happened to me on my first application at baker, never did receive a letter. I went to the school to get a copy!!

    Hello everyone! I just found this thread while I was looking for other people that may be starting in the fall.

    I just received my letter today! I was convinced I would never get in, and am in total shock now.

    Is everyone attending Warren?

    I did receive a confirmation letter a couple weeks later. I'll be in class tomorrow when the mailman delivers, oooh the anticipation.

    guys and gals that made it in, did you all have a 4.0 gpa and a 80 or above on the TEAS and HESI exam?

    lilflygirl111: I may have you beat on the old lady thing. You may need to hold me up congrats again.
    I did hear a few minutes ago that another friend of mine made it in. I have a higher gpa and did better on the TEAS, I just got renewed HOPE. I'll let you know tomorrow.

    Thank you everyone! I look forward to meeting everyone at orientation. We will all be going through a lot together!

    No I did not have a 4.0. I had a 3.78 at Davenport plus few classes transferred over from Wayne State not figured into that. I actually had a C in one of my classes, so I thought there was no chance. It was in a Wayne State class though not Davenport. Also, I did not take the Teas I used my ACT scores from high school (they let you use them for up to 10 years!)

    DU has been my first choice since our friend graduated from there a couple years ago.

    Current GPA is 4.0, TEAS was over 80, yep.

    Micro, first class this evening, interesting.

    I will probably be the oldest guy at orientation.
