    I was wondering if anyone knows of a good staffing agency in Michigan, and possibly the pay rate for ICU.

    I have done a lot of agency work.

    I now work for the hospital as their in house agency, this cuts out the middle man, and the hourly rate is higher than any agency will pay.
    Check out several facilities , see if they are offering this. Decreases your chance of cancellations also.
    I was making 35/hr with agency, now 42 /hr through the hospital.
