Well, another year means another time for more score updates. I am getting ready to take my HESI in a couple weeks to apply for the 2012 Nursing Program and I must say I am really beginning to get nervous! Thanks to their recent addition of HHSC-1040 (right before I was apply :banghead:) I am just curious how everyone did, and what was it like this year? I have no clue what to expect and I have been searching forever. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am really not worried about the Math or Grammar sections. I'm more worried about the Vocabulary, Reading, and A&P section that they added. Any advice would be great. I already have the Evolve HESI book that I have been reviewing from for the past couple of months. I'm still just really nervous.

I don't have a HESI score yet, but my GPA to apply for the program is: 3.925.

Again, any advice would be grand!

Just stopped by enrollment. My rank is 29.

GPA 3.85

Hesi 92

They told me that some people were in the system, but if you were not in the system yet, you would have to wait to find out.

I finally got my letter. I am #96, I asked at the enrollment office.

I don't have a day off of work until Thursday to go and pay the $100 and it's driving me crazy wondering what my rank is. I applied witha 3.65 and 94 on the HESI. Did anyone else apply with scores close to mine that found out their rank? Just trying to get an idea of where I stand :confused:

I'm dying to know my rank! lol I'm gonna call today and see if they have it in the system before I go up there again. I was there on Monday and they didn't have it in. :( Hopefully they do by now.

Does our rank determine our start date? Or are we mixed up? It seems weird to start all the 'smarter' people first and then they would wonder why all the march start people are failing out, lol. (I can say this because I have a lower gpa ;))

I mailed in my $100 and now I'm wishing I went to drop it off in person in case something happens to it and they think I didn't want to join the program!

And what is this university center they're talking about?? center campus?

ajurzak I know we are super close.

I was wondering what they meant by the University Center, unless they meant the building where they have all of the other college classes offered. Like Wayne State and U of D.

Yes, the rankings determine start dates, 1-40 get August, 41-80 get Oct and so forth. If I remember correctly you had a really high HESI so I'm sure with your combo hesi/gpa score you will probably be an August or Oct start for sure.

I think the University Center building is right next to Center Campus but I'm not 100% sure.
