I don't understand. If you don't have a license, you aren't an RN.

Ya , good point, I mean a nurse, but not yet licensed, is there any job I can find (in a hospital) for the time being?

Without a license you are not a nurse, and therefore cannot be employed as one.

Until you're licensed, you're not a nurse. You cannot work as a CNA because you'd be held to the higher standard of your nursing education. Perhaps you could work as a janitor, a unit secretary or a dietary aid.

If you've just graduated or just about to graduate, you can apply to "New Grad" positions. They will be listed as such on the hospital's website. You'll usually need to obtain your RN license within 10 weeks of your start date, at least around here. Not all hospitals offer these positions though, and the few positions that they do open up are usually snatched up pretty quickly.
