Good Nursing Agencies in Ann Arbor Area?

I am an RN who recently gave up a position as a contingent float nurse in a hospital to work three days a week doing office work at an office within the same hospital system. I was hoping to keep the contingent position and just pick up a day here and there around the office job, but with all of the inservices, competencies, ACLS class, etc. on the side and the fact that they had a required minimum number of days that I had to work per schedule, it was proving to be too much and I didn't have enough time for my family.

What I am thinking about doing is working for an agency a very limited number of days, maybe one shift every other week or so, since I wouldn't be employed by a hospital system and wouldn't have to do all of the extras that they require of their employees. The largest metro that I live near is Ann Arbor. I could also work in Toledo, as I have my Ohio license as well, but right now I am focusing on AA first.

So does anyone know of any reputable agencies in the AA area that are looking for Med/Surg float nurses?

Thanks. :)

Try Criticore, they are reputable and I believe they have some contracts there in Ann Arbor as well as surrounding cities. Good Luck!!

Thanks, I'll check it out. : )

St Joes in AA is hiring for their FirstChoice RN. You have control over schedule, no set requirement as far as hours, but you have to agree to work at any of their 5 area hospitals.
