    Ok I got an offer today for the DMC Rehabilitation Institute of MI. I consider this a learning experience and a pathwy into the DMC family. I will be floating between the TBI and SCI units. I am very thankful for this opportunity and start on 4/18
    Can someone tell me the next step after the nurse recruiter offers the position, i know i have to do the new hire physical but what else, shouldnt they have completed all the checks (reference / background) already. Just dont want to get excited prematurely and then hear the dreadful "offer rescinded". TIA

    Congrats! Typically they'll have already done your background and reference checks prior to making the offer so they'd only rescind if you don't pass the pre employment drug screen.
