Hey Everyone,

Davenport University has as everyone knows changed there Associate Nursing program is to now a

BSN degree program! No problems there! I am however taking a Biostatistics class. Then I am taking a Chemistry class in the Warren Location.

As well do I need to have all my prerequisites finished to even apply in Febuary?

Does anyone know how hard the admission process is for the BSN program at Davenport?

How competitive is it? What type of GPA? Essay Style? Any tips to help out? What score does my TEAS

need to be?

How is the Davenport Nursing Program? Would your recommend it to others?

Anytips?

As well where are most of the clinical sites for the nursing program?

Thank you very much for your time, and I look forward to hearing your response.

LMBO @ Promise :clpty: we will all be doing this...see you all at orientation!

I'm lookin forward to seeing everyone at orientation. One question, I've read threads from other schools and previous years, they mentioned paying ($150) for holding their seat by a specific date  and something about alternates. Anyone know anything about this, is this true for the upcoming class?

I haven't heard anything like that (paying $150) we will be the first graduating class with a BSN so thing may be a little different from previous years, so we shall see.......one another note

STILL NOTHING IN THE MAIL TODAY.....but I have FAITH that there is a seat with all of our name on it:nurse:

Same here, nothing today. :bluecry1:

Everyone have a good weekend.

I talked to my advisor yesterday and he said, "they are hoping the letters will be out in the mail today"... I'm beginning to think they are never going to arrive in the mail!! I finally ordered my books for classes next week last night, guess I'll take classes, on FAITH that I'm getting in!!! have a great day!! I'll let you know if I receive anything when my mail comes later this afternoon. I'm calling my neighbor everyday driving him crazy, he must think I'm absolutely NUT'S:jester:

If I am accepted I will thank God, and if I am not accepted I will endeavor to do the same, knowing that his will is done either way.

Sounds pious, I know, but it's all I have...I am really stepping out here...
