CNA Monroe area, help!?!?

  1. I recently just finished my CNA program, haven't taken my board exam yet, but i will in the next month. Right now im working for a "at home" service and i hate it. The girl who schedules has no idea what she's doing working me little shifts through the whole fricken day! Between being at people's homes and driving im seriously working all day 9-9 sometimes 7-8 i have a family stuff cant be doing all that.

Wondering if anyone has heard of Heartland Home Services and if there any good with there pay?

And if anyone knows if any nursing home's will hire you without your certificate but give you 60/90 days to take the exam???

I really cant take this place im at no more with her crazy hours!!
