Are CNA jobs hard to find in MI with no experience? I am thinking about taking the CNA class thru red cross.

I moved to Michigan in Sept. and had no experience as a CNA. I took a CNA class thru the local hospital and got a job right away after getting my state cert. It'll probably be easier to get a job at a long-term care facility w/no experience rather than a hospital.

what did you do exactly to get the training through your local hospital? I'm going crazy trying to find CNA training. It's a little difficult because I dont have the money to get it through redcross and In already going to a community college, and my financial aid is tied up with that.
