What are you expected to learn in the first year of NS?

just out of curiosity when did you get on the list?

You learn all the fundamentals and nursing theory. ie. health histories, physical assessments, bed baths, pass med, injections, linen changes and start to really develop your critical thinking skills. You also write care plans based on your clinical days. I'm 1st yr HFCC. It's a great school.
