transfering credits to WCCCD

Does anyone know that if transfer students can apply for jan of 09 without first completing 12 credit hours at wayne county?? If so when is this new rule going into effect?

It's been stated on this board that the rule is already in effect. I believe the fall 08 class was the last one that students who had not completed 12 credits at WCCCD could apply and be accepted for.

It's my understanding that students applying for January 2009 and all subsequent classes will fall under the new admissions criteria that require at least 12 credits completed at WCCCD to be eligible for admission.

I, however, am not an authority and am merely restating information that has previously been posted on this board. I would contact the WCCCD nursing office and ask them as they will be the only ones able to provide you with an official answer.

Good luck in the application process.
