I would look for the books at the Bookmark store near the campus, the books are a little cheaper there if you are paying for them yourself. I didn't have any luck finding the Taylor Fundamentals text/cd set anywhere real cheap, but it was $10 less at the Bookmark than the campus store. I don't know if it will do you any good to start reading right now, unless you have the syllabus you won't know what order to read the chapters. I would brush up on the clinical calculations, it doesn't hurt to learn that now

. I personally don't think you need an NCLEX review book to help study for the 1500s, I didn't use one in the 1600s either. I think when you get into med-surge it would be more useful.
