Question about CNA classes in the detroit area?

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knew where you can get CNA training here in the Detroit area? I know that Red Cross does some, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any other places that do it. I am trying to get certified ASAP. I am a pre-nursing student (second degree) and I am trying to get a job because I have a year until I will start the program. I don't have any hospital experience and I am trying to figure out how to go about getting some. It seems to me that it would be best to get CNA training so I could get a better job at a hospital.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help!
Erin

My aunt just took one at Four Chaplain's nursing home on Joy Rd. between Inkster and Middlebelt. I believe that is either Westland or Livonia, MI.

I just signed up for the Hazy Institute on Friday. They were the only place I got in touch with that didn't have a waitlist until the end of Aug. I start my class on Monday. I'm very excited! Any tips?
