Patient Care Technician training

Does anyone know where I can receive training for a patient care tech. w/o being a certified nursing assistant? I'm looking for training in the Detroit and Southfield areas but not limited to the two areas.

Beaumont trains nurse aides. I think nurse aides and PCTs usually get on the job training.

I recently got a job as a patient care tech. I do have my CNA, but it's not required as i'm getting my training from the hospital i was hired at. Most everyone in my training class is in a nursing program, but only one other girl besides myself has her cna. It's just in class training, just for three weeks all day long instead of a couple hours a week for a semester.
