Microbiology & Organic Chemistry


Has anyone took these 2 classes together? Or should they be taken separetly?

I don't think it would hurt and they tie in together in many areas.

I'm taking Micro now and Chemistry next semester, but I have a ton of other classes right now too.

Really depends where you are taking them and what other classes you may be taking.

I took them together in the Winter, Micro at Schoolcraft, and Organic & Biochem at HFCC. It was fine, although a lot of work. Once we got past the organic stuff, the two classes complemented each other very nicely. I had one other (easy) class, but I did study a lot.

Is your class just organic? I thought that organic was harder than the biochem, but that's just me. (I also thought it was more boring, too) Good luck!
