McLaren Regional (Flint)

by Lily79

Anyone here with any experience working for McLaren over in Flint? I'm covered by my husband's benefits, but want to know anything you know about:

*nurset ratio (med/surg, critical care, ICU, psych, wherever!)
*PTO
*charting (computer? paper?)
*anything!

I am not sure about the nurse to patient ratio but I believe that they use the triad team (RN, LPN, NCA), and I believe that the nresing charting is computerized, but the doctors charting is paper. Sorry I do not have more information.
