MCC PDA software

I was going to order through skyscape, but not sure exactly what to get. Nsg constellation plus or just the regular one? Anything else in addition? What would you recommend? Thanks

I asked Gina and she said the more expensive one had (179.00) things we would use later in the program, but that both are good.

Basically they all told me that we need the drug and lab software which both packages have. I haven't bought mine yet but might go with the cheaper one since I am poor.

The thing that makes me think it is ok is that people without the PDA are basically just getting the drug guide and they are fine, so why why do we need all the other stuff?

I just noticed some free downloads on skyscape. Has anyone found any that are beneficial?

You can use epocrates for a free drug guide. It actually has some drugs that my davis drug guide (skyscape) did not. I have both on my PDA. I wish I had a medical dictionary. You really don't need a pda if you don't mind using a drug book. Depends on how much money you have to spend . If you have a nursing clipboard that will help. I didn't shop around and just bought the first one I saw in a scrub shop. There are some that are better than others so look at the info printed on them before you buy!

I'm assuming so. Gina said it was good so I am just going with it. I guess I will find out next week! I'm taking along a drug book with me just in case.
