LPN to RN through a hospital

I am hoping to get into the LPN program next year and then I plan on trying to get a job with a hospital. I was hoping to go through a hospital to get my RN. I was wondering if anyone knows of any hospitals around here (Pontiac to Flint area) that does that and what is like to do that. Thanks.
