To Lpn nursing student@ OCC for winter/2009

I was wondering have any Lpn students having difficulty logging in the Blackboard website? I been trying very hard and having no result. I been using my username and the "studentpassword" to access, but still no result. Also, I been using my password for the "first new student" and still no result to access my course for the winter semester.

I call the student technical support, and they say, it will take 24 hrs. for it to open the account. And I'm still having difficulty! Do any Lpn can help me?
