job after semester 1

are there jobs that a SN can do (within the scope of practice) at a hospital after completing the first semester, or must they complete a year? Does anyone know of hospitals in the SE area (downriver, detroit) that are hiring for students, especially for the summer? Thanks so much in advance for any replies!

A SN could be a Nurse Technician or a Nurse Assisstant, check the websites of the area hospitals to see what they are hiring for, a lot of them beef up their hiring of Nurse Techs for the summer.

childrens hospital of detroit was hiring a lot of nurse techs it's on the website.

check dmc.org and search jobs and look under other patient care positions.
