go here, its directly from the hfcc website in the nursing program course description... i was right about the math and chem, if u met the requirements in highschool you DON'T have to take it again... but read all the extra stuff so u know what to expect.

I started taking my pre-reqs august of 2008. I tested out of math because I received a 29 in math on my ACTs, so I didn't even take the placement exams: )
my first semester- Psych 131, Eng 131, Soc 131, and Pharm /AH120
winter semester-(currently taking)Bio 131, Chem 131, Computers in Healthcare (HCS 131), and Eng 132.
I'll take the NET test this May to be on the waiting list and then sit back and wait : ( The A & P classes I should start in the summer along w/ the second psych class 250- something?

I will be taking Chemistry in Spring and then the NET shortly thereafter. I have everything else done We'll be waiting together, HNG1221!

I recommend doing the "easiest" classes in the summer, since the semesters are so short, and then do the "harder" stuff in fall '09 and winter '10.
