HESI pre admission exam

Does anyone know if the HESI pre-admission exam (reading, writing, math) can be waived based on the fact that I just graduated in 2005 w/a Bachelors degree?? I am having trouble getting ahold of a GRCC advisor and I imagine I won't be able to get ahold of them until after the 1st of the new year, just curious if anyone knows about this :-) Thank you!

I don't know about GRCC, but at Macomb Community College it doesn't matter. I have a B.S. in Kinesiology but still had to take the HESI this year and am competing with 1000 other applicants.

Personally I think it's fair. Everyone competes on a level playing field that way.

Good Luck

THANKS for your response :-) I was thinking that I will have to take it for just that reason, but GRCC is not on a points system, just a waiting list, so I don't know if that will make a difference... guess I will have to wait and see :-)
