help please with jobs in detroit area

Hi,

Does anyone here know of any really good (in terms of orientation, staff treatment towards new grads, pay...etc) hospital in the detroit area for new graduates. I recently graduated and will be taking my boards in February. I know that some hospital requires experience in order to work in the ob/nicu units, but I really want to start my nursing career in ob/nicu and not on a medsurg floor.

Thanks

Check out www.nurseicon.org - The iCON (Individual Career Opportunities in Nursing) service is nonprofit, FREE to all nurses, and supported through the membership of Michigan nurse employers. iCON puts the power of variety and choice into your hands by listing only Michigan nursing jobs and lots of them, with instant results, full detail, and complete confidentiality. You will be able to search by geography and other things important to you.
