H1N1 in MI

I know that mostly students post here.

With the uncertainly of what H1H1 will bring to our work environments, I am hoping to create a MI H1N1 discussion/information area here as well.

I work at a major hospital and we have many cases. 40% of the "staff" (nurses) are predicted to contract.

I guess I am looking for support and knowledge/facts.

I work on a 32 bed unit. Last week 5 were either confirmed or rule out H1N1.

So far none of our staff has been afflicted.

Anyone else with input?
