Anyone know about the patient care tech program at the Career health studies?

I went to CHS in 2008 and I can say that they are a total rip off. I got certified as a PCA and MA. This does not mean jack squat to hospital or nursing facilities. Most of them haven't even heard of the school. My suggestion is look somewhere else. The only thing they were good for was getting a CPR certificate. I am so happy that I did not use my no worker left behind funds for that school. I used MRS instead. Now I am using my NWLB funds to go to a nursing school to get my LPN license. So please anyone who is thinking about going to CHS I strongly advise you not. They are a bunch of sneaky little coniving backstabbers as well. They also gossip about the students with other students and each other. Instructors are trying to get other instructors fired because they want their family member to work their. And if you call to speak to someone it's allways they are too busy to talk or they are teaching a class. That is a bunch of BS. They are somewhere gossiping about each other behind their back. DO NOT GO TO CHS IT IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY!!!!!!

Career Health Studies is a f----n joke!!!

I graduated from the june 2009 class. You would not believe how unorganized and messed up they are. They gave people the wrong grades. They locked people out of the building at times and they never answer their phones if you have any questions. Its sad because people spent money here and don't have money to go anywhere else. I contacted a lawyer and he said that if I can gather a few more people that went to the school with these experiences, we have a case. Ludy is a LIAR. I have yet to get my intern and if noone else gets theirs from my class soon, we moving forward to shut them down.

I urge you not to attend this school. It's a Joke. You can't get hired afterwards and they're just stealing money from michigan works.
