Welcome to the Male Nursing Forum

by brian Staff

This idea of a forum specific to male nurses issues has been requested several times over the years. After careful consideration, we have decided to go ahead and open the forum for men to discuss issues that are specific to them in the feild of nursing.

The objective of this forum to allow males in nursing a place to discuss topics that are specific to males. Please keep the forum on topic, professional, clean, and non-sexist in nature. Let's all post with respect to others and make this forum a success!

Please feel free to start posting new threads to kick off the new forum.

Thanks!

Default What you do or what you've done?
Not supprisingly that a male can be a nurse, but rather what he can do or does beside being a nurse. What do you guys do on your time or what have you done?

Right now, my project at hand is completing the task of restoring my 85 el camino. It was my dad's. If things go as planned, should have it finished in a month or so.

Right now, my objective is becoming a little more financially ahead for myself (after a divorce with the child support and alimony).

Also, learning more about myself as a man, becoming a better man, and what that means for me...learning from my own personal mistakes and choices that I made. Learning how to become a better father to my children as they live and grow apart from me now.

Learning more about my spiritual side as a man who is also trying to embrace and learn more about his Native American side.

Being a good father, husband and trying to develop into a good cyclist pretty well takes up most of my time outside work.
