As a former cop. I can tell you I wouldnt give a nurse a ticket unless they were doing something really stupid! A little speeding as far as I was concerned did not fall into that catergory! Plus you never know you may end up on that nurse's table someday and you dont want them pinching the foley off or something like that!!

Like anyone who sees a nurse as a possible criminal victim. There are many types of crimes committed by people who are looking for tell tale signs of wealth, drugs or possible weakness. Just like some cars get ticketed more than others, drawing
more attention to yourself might not be the best idea

Are you saying nurses are weak?
Do you carry drugs in your car?
Are you wealthy?!?

If someone thinks my 1999, gravel road "white washed", 2 wheel drive pickup with camper shell and a weeks worth of kitchen trash in the back, with an RN plate on it is enticing...they can have at me, that's why I carry.

Ever stopped at the store or a fast food joint on your way to or from work? I've had perfect strangers walk up to me and say "oh, are you a nurse? Would you please look at (enter what you want)". The last thing I want after an all night shift is for some idiot to follow me home wanting me to tell them whether or not they should see a doctor for the rash in their crotch.
