Not really, I have had a few patient's request not to have a male nurse, but other than that I have not had any real discrimination. Most patients, male and female, are happy to have a male nurse.

Before this, I was a paramedic/firefighter, (well, after that, I drove tractor/trailers, but guess that wasnt really a career since it was strictly a job to get me out of debt and back in school, so I guess three careers) before that, I was a printing press operator for a large outfit -spent 7.5yrs doing that work.
