I hear ya' buddy! I miss being on the job more than I miss having a body in one piece.

Good work on your success in school! I'm 52, but have still been able to maintain my #3 spot in a class of 125. I think that our attraction to this line of work is that it so closely resembles "hook'n and book'n"... a very real opportunity to help others, AND that occasional adrenalin rush to keep it interesting!

Well Im happy to see that there will be some of the boys in blue roaming the halls of a hospital with me! Its always good to have friendlies in a hostile environment (all of those women nurses. LOL). From what I have seen and heard so far it seems that the ER is the place for a retired flatfoot. The people you encounter there seem to be the same people you see on the streets usually not at thier best moments!!!!!
