    Hey everyone,

I am a newly CNA grad in new york city and I have been looking for work i believe since early this year when I got certified to become a CNA. I have no idea what to do right now....I have been looking but every agency that I have come across demands me to have experience and How am i suppose to get the "experience" when noone will hire me or give me a chance to work to develop the experience. My question is what did u guys do to find work in your field because I feel I have done everything at the moment to try to find work. Also I am a male newly CNA grad. Any help or wisdom from anyone who has been in my place or just wants to provide good advice, information would be deeply appreciated. Thank you all.

  4. Just keep plugging away. I think you would have an advantage being male. Everyone wants a guy for the lift help. Just keep your eye open at all your local hospitals. Clean up your resume and follow up on applications. Call the HR and keep calling. Ask for dates of expected decisions. Show lots of interest.
