Hang in dear. I hung in for more years than I care to think of and wish that I could have hung in a bit longer. We worked for an abusive OB who the hospital could not get rid of ( supposedly ). When corporate had had enough of the c/o and suits involving him they shut down the entire department and the Chief and the DON lost their jobs. I wish I could have stayed because they are open again but I did need to eat and now am working elsewhere. You can try your state employment board - they have a department that deals with hostile work environment - if things get nasty.
