hi chloe.. i'm teen from the philippines. i just passed my nclex and alsready have a license from the state of vermont and i would like to get a liscense in new york by endorsement. can you give a step by step process on how to apply. i already have a copies of the form1 and form3 and would take the child abuse course anytime soon.
if the form3 is to be submitted in the state of vermont, with regards to what you've said in the forum that you've submitted a form to your school, where will i get that form(for the School)?
do i need a cgfns to verify my education credentials? thank you very much.

Hey, Chloe, I was looking for information on NY state endorsement and came upon this forum and your extremely helpful detailed answers.
I just had a few questions if you don't mind. I am finishing my BSN in may and I am currently licensed in TN. What do I have to do to provide proof that I took the test and passed and all that jazz? Thanks,
