No one's asked about my education since my first nursing job 20++years ago. I have a Bachelor's degree...it's just not in nursing. And, for the record, I don't like mud.

If I can ask a question... Do you have any trouble with your staff because you are an RN diploma and not BSN- I am not implying anything, because you are obviously very capable and competent etc. , I ask because I could use pointers in this area.
