Can you please me with this question:

I am a foreign new nurse on a new ward. This is my first job in USA. Do you think it is embarrassing to ask a doctor to spell out a phone order you don’t understand. when l do it the other nurses laugh at me.

i would like to report the action of one of your moderators,suzanne. she has been unfair in her moderating and quick to give points to members who disagree to what she says.i posted in the thread "march vb" and called the attention of the admin since it has all the makings of another flaming thread.but then she accused me of insulting other members with my post. isn't she the one whose insulting other member's intelligence by continously blabbing about retrogression,recession,etc. when its already a general knowledge?her passion about these topics are so great that it borders on xenophobia.hope you can look into this.
