Regarding your case study of a cerbrovascular patient. . .The instructions sound pretty clear to me. It's an introduction.
(1) Define CVA. There are 4 types. Without going into the pathophysiology of how they occur, describe what they each are. One occurs more than the other three.
(2) The purpose of a nursing case study is to examine the nursing problems and strategies to solve some of them for a patient with one of those specific types pf CVAs.
You would have discovered this on your own if you had started doing some investigation into CVAs.

Daytonite, I am writing my first case study on Nursing care of a cerebrovascular accident patient. Our instructioins for the introduction is to define the diagnosis and state purpose of paper but do not start the pathophysiology in the introduction.??? what exactly do they want? Any help is greatly appreciated!
